Okay, so last night I tried making caramel. I have made it before although since I cannot tell you the last time, let’s just say that I
forgot that it goes from melting to burnt in a matter of seconds. Mine turned out bitter from being cooked less than 32 seconds too long.
Since I had already shelled the pistachios, I decided to still load them inside and see what it tasted like when I wasn’t so tired.
Day two, I tried again. Perfection.
