Located in the E concourse of the O’hare airport in Chicago, Illinois, is a small shop names Argo Tea Cafe. They claim “healthy tea”, which is very true for those who know teas benefits. I have looked forward to having time to order a beverage although I never knew that food was also offered. Today, I saw meals with quinoa and lentils, frittatas and sandwiches.

While walking around Denver Colorado, my Mom and I walked right into the middle of a lunch crowd’s dream : quick, really good fast food!
Come to find out, it’s all part of Civic Center Eats. An actual portable outdoor cafe, that launched June 7th and runs through September 29th. The proceeds benefit the Civic Center Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to restoring, enhancing and activating Denver’s historic Civic Center Park and allows all to experience Denver’s growing gourmet food truck scene.
